A model release is a written agreement between you and us where the you has granted us the permission to use the photographs commercially and/or for self-promotion. Model releases generally permit the use of the image(s) for all purposes, with exceptions for controversial, sensitive or defamatory uses. If you are under 18 years of age, this release/contract has to be signed by a parent or a guardian. |
