About Makeovers PDF Print E-mail

My philosophy is that every customer should be treated like Royalty, and therefore this bit of Silverscreen Photography is very important to me. This is a big part of the service we provide and I am willing to listen to your ideas and wishes before we get started.

The makeovers we do are usually connected with our Vintage Style Photography,
and to achieve the necessary base for this, I use a makeup that was specially made for this kind of use. I buy the cosmetics from the American makeup artist Mary Erickson and it has been carefully selected among the best products available for this purpose on the market today.
These product are free from perfume and other chemicals that can be found in most commercial cosmetics today.

These kind of makeovers are usually not made to look good in bright daylight. Since the end result will be black and white photographs, colours act a bit differently. So if you end up with a purple lipstick, don't panic. I didn't go colour blind or anything.
Most of the makeup will be exaggerated since the bright studio lights will dim them and because it will make the transformation in the post production easier.

If you would want a makeover that will last a bit longer and that you later can apply yourself, contact me and we can discuss it. My role as a makeup artist is not just about the photography, but I can also give a helping hand if you are looking for a new style in hair or/and makeup. Note that I do not give any haircuts, but I can help you find a new hairstyle without that.

In the case you have an important event or party and need a makeup for that occasion only, I can also be of assistance. Contact me for more information.

Price for a makeover you can apply later yourself: £100
Price for an evening makeover: £50

In the case you want me to come to your home for either of the two alternatives above, an additional £25 will be added to the price.
